In a post titled The Healing Wonders of Mother Nature (9/9/2022), I mentioned that during the fall season, the energy of the plant kingdom gradually descends back into the Earth. In recent weeks I told my yoga classes how this is an incredible opportunity for us to connect and ground with Mother Nature. The Earth's vibration is more robust and can support us through the coming winter months. Breathe in, breathe out, and absorb this healing energy gifted to us by the trees, et al.

 

Plan time to commune with nature (hiking, biking, walking, camping) or sit on a park bench in your local community. Today, I will offer a guided meditation that can be used as an alternative as the days become windy and cold when winter comes knocking at your door. It is most beneficial to listen to this meditation while lying on a yoga mat or in bed. Close the blinds, and gather what you will need to make you comfortable (blanket, bolster, eye mask, etc.). Do not worry if you fall asleep, as the deepest part of your subconscious will receive the message. Until next time -
