"The echoes of the mind are never going to let you forget, but in the face of adversity, always have the courage to take the high road." - Tim Grutzius.

In observance of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, in the second of a two-part video blog, I discuss my path to healing and redemption. Every person's journey is different, and healing is not linear. There are many ups, downs, and false starts that you may encounter along the way it is part of living the human experience. However, perseverance is the cornerstone of success.

I will admit that I still have moments when I fall off this journey, especially when I experience high-stress levels. I move forward using the tools I have learned: yoga, meditation, hiking, exercise, talking it through, etc. In moments of crisis, listen to the inner voice and be gentle with yourself—you and the world will be better off.  Until next time -

Namaste,

Tim
